Gary Cargile

Gary Cargile is a licensed real estate broker and forester. Gary conducts all land brokerage and forest management activities, working directly with clients to achieve our goal of maximizing opportunity, value, and client satisfaction. He has handled over 130 land transactions with individual transactions ranging from only a few acres to as large as 21,700 acres and managed thousands of acres in achieving various objectives for a select group of clients. Prior to forming Cape Fear Land Company, Gary spent twenty five years in the forest products industry, including International Paper Realty Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has served on local, state, and national boards such as the North Carolina Forestry Association, Indiana Hardwood Lumberman's Association, Forest Resources Association, and Ducks Unlimited. Gary has an established reputation for exceptional performance and credibility.
